Student Registration Form 

This is where your journey begins. Complete the Student Registration Form and then purchase the course you would like to enroll in below. 

After purchase an invite to enroll in the online learning site will be emailed to the email on file within 24 hours of purchase. Once you receive the link you can begin your courses. 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the method of payment is returned/rejected by a banking institution student will be dropped from enrollment, account closed and material will be unavailable. Transcripts will not be provided. 

Students have 24 hours from the first day of online access to review online material and to notify About Addiction Counseling in writing with a notice of cancellation and reason to receive a full refund. 

Students assume all responsibility to notify instructors in writing their intention to drop/cancel their course enrollment within 24 hours of granted access. Please note that if any of the assignments or quizzes have been attempted/opened the request for cancellation will be processed but refund will not be issued. 

Refunds are processed within (10) business days from the day the notice of cancellation is received by About Addiction Counseling staff; if refund applies. 

If About Addiction Counseling cancels a course prior to student completion, students will be notified via email. If a mutually agreeable alternative schedule cannot be arranged with the student a refund will be issued. 

Students that have failed a course or have already completed the course will not be eligible for a refund for the specific course if the pay as you go option was used or for any portion of the full course fees if the option to pay for the entire course was purchased in a single transaction.
